Course Description
This course will concentrate on the study of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation in order to secure the basic tools of the language. Speaking, reading, and writing will be equally stressed. Weekly practice with the language assistant is an integral part of the course and must not be missed. Supplementary work with tapes and videos provides additional opportunity for practice in grammar and pronunciation. The overall purpose of the course is to give the student a thorough foundation in the German language.
